1. Scope and Parties
This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of cookies and analogous tracking technologies by finera (“finera”, “we”, “us”, “our”) on the website located at www.finera.com (the “website”). By using the website, you (“you”, “yours”) acknowledge this Policy.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small data files placed on your device by a web server when you visit a website. They enable the server to recognize your device across requests and sessions. Most of the cookies we use on our website are 'persistent' cookies. This means that they remain on your device until you erase them or they expire. The rest of these cookies are 'session' based which are more temporary in duration. This means they will be erased when you close your internet browser. The term “cookies” encompasses all three technologies unless otherwise specified.
3. Categories of Cookies Used

Non-material updates may take effect upon publication. The last updated date displayed at the top of this Policy indicates the date of the most recent revision.
